Main responsibilities

• Support in the accounting and fiscal closing of the annual accounts, the respective annexes and reports;
• Monitoring of tax processes and inspection actions that the company is subject to;
• Preparation of the necessary tax returns;
• Guarantee the calculation of monthly taxes, as well as their timely delivery to the tax authorities;
• Monthly calculation of VAT, as well as the submission of mandatory declarations and SAFT files;
• Responsible for managing all official company documentation;
• Account management of the consultant hired by the group and monitoring of all processes;
• Validation of the financial reports produced by the consultant; (Conversion of management accounting into PGC), as well as reporting to the state;
• Prepare and review all tax calculations, estimates and accrual reports;
• Identify and mitigate fiscal risks;
• Maintain and/or improve the group's tax processes, developing or implementing best practices;
• Coordinate the Tax department team and evaluate its performance.
