Global retail company that provide sales promotions alongside riskmanaged advertising and are looking to recruit a HR Director that will manage their human resources.
As a HR Director you endeavour to provide balanced leadership effective change management and human resources/employee relations support throughout the business in UK and Portugal
As a HR Director you will lead the delivery of a firstclass service Management and delivery of Human Resources and Learning & Development policies and procedures.
You will lead and contribute to the success of HR projects and other ad hoc projects required by the business.
This role will be predominately Londonbased

Overseeing the human resources and learning and development function ensuring that all levels of the organisation are trained and developed to support the business strategy.
Provide professional HR expertise across the regions to support the delivery
Providing HR generalist support and contributing to the improvement of their existing processes

Education and experience
Elevant background working within Human resources and extensive experience in employee relations/ER and case management
Fluent in English and Portuguese
Experience working within a HR leadership Ideally industry background within technology sales or marketing.
