The purpose of the position
Leading hiring activities internally and externally and collaborating with hiring managers on their Recruitment needs;
Ensure an adequate pipeline of talent to fill key roles within the business.

Required knowledge, skills and abilities
Education and experience
Responsible for all levels of Recruitment, including senior hiring for key positions as well as provide support as needed to vacancies amongst the wider TA function in wider regions as appropriate;
. Manage fullcycle recruitment needs for crossfunctional client groups while developing and implementing strategic and direct sourcing strategies;
. Develop, manage, measure and communicate industry best practices surrounding Recruitment;
. Implement a core, common and consistent approach to finding key talent for the company that aligns with our overall company Talent Acquisition strategy;
. Manage 360 Recruitment process – hiring manager vacancy briefing, internal and external posting, manage screening through ATS, ensure interview process are robust and fit for purpose, interview wrap up, offer negotiation (internal and external), onboarding hand off with HR;
. Will identify industry leaders, subject matter experts and respected competitors
To perform the role is needed at least 3 years’ experience of working in an inhouse Recruitment/Talent Acquisition role in a large corporate environment. Mix of inhouse, external agency experience also considered. We value the knowledge of MS Office and any ATS. Our official language is English and the activity should occur in that language.
