An international company at the healthcare sector is seeking for an excellent experienced country manager to establish a new business in Senegal and Cote Divoire
The ideal candidate would have
Relevant experience in the countries of activity
Experience in training /coaching
Experience in compliance programs
Experience in managing P&L
Excellent Customer orientation and technical support
Credible, professional and emotionally intelligent
Strategically focused, with analytical skills
Ability to overcome barriers, manage objections and handle rejections
Excellent presentation and influencing skills at various levels of a business
Ability to negotiate (contracts, T&C, etc.)
Highly motivated with the capability to work in a selfdirected environment
Ability to solve problem and make focused and considered decisions
Adaptable to change
Native French and Excellent English speaker
IT and Microsoft Office Skills

Bachelor’s Degree in medical or pharmaceutical Sciences
Minimum 5 years of proven management experience in Healthcare industry preferably in multinational Pharma companies
