We are recruiting for Global Company in Angola
mechanical & electrical Project Engineer to assist in the delivery of multiple M&E, activities in big health projects (Hospitals).
The projects involved HVAC systems, Power Supply, Sanitary systems, CCTV, Medical gas system, PA, FA, BMS & BABX network.
Job Role
•To assist the project manager to deliver successful project.
•To supervise and control the M&E subcontractors.
•To provide engineering expertise to all M&E and building services improvement.
•To implement engineering processes.
•To provide technical assistance to the M&E construction activities.
•To assist in completing successful projects as part of the projects team, on time and within budget.
•Provide technical expertise and support to the projects team and develop and maintain a good
working relationship.
•Running and overseeing projects from inception to completion.
•Lead multiple projects if required.
•Develop and implement project schedules.
•Attend / organize meetings to coordinate and ensure project performance at client / project management.
•Liaison with Subcontractor and suppliers to avoid project delays and cost implications.
•Monitoring project program.
•Provide monthly project reports for the Project manager.
•Review all H&S documentation in line with procedures.
•Review and monitor progress against the project program.
•To be able to review all technical and contractual information.
•Ongoing liaison with design teams and project teams to ensure project performance.
•Consider cost, safety and time constraints on all projects.

Qualifications
The successful candidate will have suitable experience in Mechanical and electrical Services Engineering and will possess
•Technical knowledge of Mechanical and Electrical services.
•A proven track record of delivery within the M&E installation sector.
•Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English.
•Knowledge and skills to effectively problem solve
•High level of selfmotivation, organizational ability and drive to meet deadlines
•Commercial Aptitude.
•Experience within the health environment.
