Sales Strategy Development Create, demonstrate, and execute a highimpact sales strategy that aligns with business goals and drives growth.

Client Relationship Management Present new business opportunities to prospective clients while deepening relationships with existing customers, ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Departmental Coordination Manage outputs across departments in line with internal KPIs, ensuring all activities support overarching sales and business objectives.

Team Leadership Build, grow, and manage a highperforming sales team by fostering a collaborative, resultsdriven environment; mentor team members to achieve individual and team targets.

Communication and Influence Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams, managing information flow, setting clear expectations, and handling escalations as necessary.

Report Writing Produce detailed reports that analyse sales performance, market trends, and customer needs to inform strategy adjustments.

Customer Satisfaction Respond to customer requirements promptly and effectively, managing both internal and external expectations to ensure longterm satisfaction and trust.

Educação e experiência

A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required. Preferably relating to Business, Marketing, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in sales within the EV installation or 10 years in the broader electrical industry.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Industry Knowledge Extensive experience in the EV installation industry, particularly with public charging station installation and maintenance activities using DC chargers.

Sales Acumen Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales strategies and securing new business.

Exceptional Communication Superior delegation, communication, and influence skills with a talent for managing both client relationships and internal team dynamics.

Technical Understanding Strong familiarity with ICP processes and Solar PV installations is highly beneficial.

Electrical Industry Background Broader experience in the electrical industry is a strong advantage.

Reporting Skills Ability to write clear, insightful reports to guide business strategy.
